Who We Are
Southwest Validation Services is a contracting/consulting firm with over 10 years of experience in Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) for infant formula and adult nutrition manufacturing. We support the full validation lifecycle — Design Qualification, Commissioning, Qualification, Process Validation, Revalidation, and Decommissioning — with a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape unique to this industry.
Our work is grounded in compliance with FDA regulations for infant formula manufacturers (21 CFR Parts 106 and 107), current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) requirements under 21 CFR Part 117, Electronic Records and Signatures under 21 CFR Part 11, and the FDA Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA).

Support the development and review of design-phase documentation to ensure equipment, utilities, and system meet intended functional, regulatory, and operational requires prior to installation.
02 Equipment Commissioning
Manage the equipment commissioning process to ensure the equipment is installed, connected, and confirmed to be operating as the manufacturer intended prior to equipment qualification.
03 Equipment Qualification (IQ, OQ, PQ)

04 Process & Cleaning Validation
